Last updated: 21.APR.026 Welcome to LTN Labs. These terms and conditions govern access to, use of, and contracting of the services offered through this website and its associated platform. 1. ACCEPTANCE By using this website, creating an account, requesting a quote, hiring a service, or using the platform features, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions. 2. SERVICES LTN Labs provides custom web development and software services, including, where applicable, analysis, design, programming, configuration, initial publishing, limited support, and other services expressly described in each quote, proposal, or specific agreement. Each project only includes the scope expressly stated in its corresponding quote, ticket, commercial proposal, or written agreement. 3. PROJECT SCOPE The service includes the development of the agreed website, software, or solution, its configuration, initial publication, and delivery of the project’s own files or elements, according to the scope defined in the accepted quote. Any additional requirement not expressly included in the original quote shall be considered out of scope and may be quoted separately. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following are not included: - full redesigns; - major structural changes; - new sections not originally contemplated; - new features; - integrations not previously agreed; - full rebuilds of the project. 4. POST-DELIVERY SUPPORT Unless a different period is stated in the specific quote, the project includes 6 months of post-delivery support, intended exclusively for: - minor modifications; - simple content adjustments; - specific fixes; - limited improvements within the originally developed structure. This support does not include full redesigns, functional expansions, new sections, architecture changes, or full project reconstruction. 5. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME The estimated delivery timeframe shall be the one indicated in the relevant quote. Such period will start once the client has provided all materials necessary for development. LTN Labs shall not be responsible for delays caused by: - missing materials; - changes requested during development; - delays in client approvals or validations; - technical or external causes beyond the provider’s reasonable control. 6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES The client is responsible for: - providing texts, images, logos, contact details, and other materials required for development; - holding the necessary usage rights, permissions, or ownership over the submitted content; - reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner; - providing accurate and up-to-date information when registering or hiring services. The client is responsible for any content published, uploaded, submitted, or managed through the website or platform. 7. PAYMENT TERMS Payment terms shall be those indicated in each quote, proposal, or payment request issued through the platform. Where “100% upon delivery” is indicated, payment must be made once the project has been delivered or made operational as agreed. Online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. LTN Labs does not store full card numbers or banking credentials. 8. QUOTE VALIDITY Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 7 business days from the date of issue. After that period, LTN Labs may modify prices, terms, deadlines, or project scope. 9. DOMAIN AND HOSTING The client hires and pays for the project development, its configuration, initial publication and, where applicable, domain registration for the period specified in the quote or commercial detail. As an included commercial benefit, LTN Labs may provide managed hosting without additional monthly charge, on its own infrastructure and for an indefinite period, provided that the agreed commercial conditions remain in force. This hosting benefit: - is part of the project implementation; - does not constitute a sale, transfer, lease, or delivery of the server to the client; - does not grant ownership, control, administrative access, root access, master credentials, server panel access, or any rights over the provider’s internal infrastructure. The hosting benefit shall automatically end in any of the following cases: a) failure to renew the domain by the client, domain holder, or responsible registrant; b) the client’s decision to migrate the website or system to another provider; c) use of the website or associated services for unlawful, fraudulent, illegal, or third-party-rights-infringing purposes. In case of non-renewal of the domain, a 7-calendar-day grace period may apply from the domain’s expiration, suspension, or outage, subject to technical feasibility, for regularization or migration. Termination of the hosting benefit does not affect the client’s ownership over their project, domain, or proprietary source code, but does not require the provider to deliver the server, infrastructure, global configurations, internal tools, master accounts, or shared server resources. Any migration, reinstallation, or adaptation to another environment may be quoted separately. 10. ILLEGAL OR PROHIBITED CONTENT The user may not use the website, platform, or related services to: - publish or manage illegal content; - infringe copyrights, trademarks, image rights, or any third-party rights; - carry out fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities; - distribute malware, spam, or harmful materials; - affect the security, integrity, or availability of the platform. LTN Labs may suspend or terminate access if it detects misuse or conduct contrary to these terms. 11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY LTN Labs will make reasonable efforts to keep the website and services operational. If the provider’s infrastructure experiences technical incidents, necessary actions will be taken to restore the service as soon as possible. This does not constitute an additional service beyond what was contracted, unless there is a specific support or extended maintenance agreement. 12. USER ACCOUNTS To access certain functions, the user may create an account. The user is responsible for: - keeping their password confidential; - protecting access to their account; - reporting any detected unauthorized use. LTN Labs may suspend inactive, fraudulent, or non-compliant accounts. 13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Unless otherwise agreed, the client retains ownership over the content they provide and over the project developed for them within the contracted scope. LTN Labs retains ownership over: - its infrastructure; - internal tools; - server configurations; - reusable technical resources; - methodologies, base structures, or general-use components not exclusive to the client, unless expressly agreed otherwise. 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY LTN Labs shall not be liable for: - losses arising from false or incomplete information provided by the client; - interruptions caused by third parties, external providers, or force majeure; - issues originating from services outside the provider’s control; - damages arising from misuse of the website or platform by the user. In any case, the provider’s liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the specific service that gives rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law. 15. MODIFICATIONS LTN Labs may update these terms and conditions to reflect operational, technical, commercial, or legal changes. The current version will always be the one published on this website. 16.
